My Approach to Therapy
I take a collaborative, eclectic, goal-oriented approach to therapy. This approach helps clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering them to make meaningful changes. My style is warm, supportive, and structured, balancing compassionate listening with practical interventions.
In therapy, we will work together to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and build skills to navigate life’s challenges. I integrate techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, mindfulness, and problem-solving to help clients achieve their goals. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, my focus is on providing a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can develop self-awareness, resilience, and long-term well-being.
