My Approach to Therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward the changes you want to make. My approach is grounded in systemic and relational therapy, which means we’ll explore how your relationships, family, experiences, and environment may be shaping what you’re going through. I also draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) which focuses on helping you identify your existing strengths and using them to take steps that can move you toward your goals. I see you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you offering curiosity, support, and practical tools along the way.

There is a lot of bravery in considering therapy and starting the journey to better yourself. In response to that, my goal is to meet you wherever you are at in your journey and create a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself.

Together, we’ll work through the issues and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on your strengths and exploring new possibilities.
