My Approach to Therapy

My therapeutic approach centers around healing, as I strive to create a space with knowledge, compassion, empathy, and freedom from judgment.

While primarily utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I have also gained valuable insights from other evidence-based therapies, and each session will be tailored to meet your specific needs. I believe therapy is your opportunity to process experiences, identify personal areas for growth, and recognize your strengths. Together, we will focus on developing practical skills to work toward your goals and manage life’s obstacles.
