As a veteran teacher with nearly two decades of experience, I approach assessment with the same patience, creativity, and adaptability I used in the classroom. I believe that the best data comes when people feel comfortable and understood, so I focus on building genuine connections with clients of all ages. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative—I use clear explanations, reduce testing anxiety, and adjust the process to meet each client’s unique needs. My goal is to make assessments feel less like a test and more like a conversation that highlights strengths as well as challenges.
