Approach to Care:

I strive to provide warm and supportive therapy to people from many backgrounds and cultures for a wide variety of presenting concerns. I believe high quality therapy is evidence-based and tailored to each unique person I serve. I am transparent and provide many options for approaches to care, and together, we will work as a team to find the approach that works best for you and your life.

Additionally, it is important to me to create a safe and non-judgmental space for people from all different walks of life. There is no taboo topic, and I recognize that life is messy. Whether you want to lift yourself out of profound sadness, lighten your worries, strengthen old relationships (or start new ones), or better understand yourself, my door is open.
