My Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen through authentic connection. I work from an interpersonal framework, emphasizing empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I believe the therapeutic relationship is not only central to the process—it is often a powerful, corrective emotional experience that supports clients in their work.
It is a privilege to walk alongside each person as they explore who they are, discover what they value, and grow into the version of themselves they choose to become. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe and empowered—where their voice matters and their experience is honored. My professional identity is grounded in the feminist values of empowerment, mutual respect, and equality, and I see therapy as a shared journey rather than a one-sided process. My goal as the therapist is to move with the client with curiosity and compassion.
