My Approach To Therapy
_____
My goal as a therapist is to work with people across the lifespan to identify and apply their strengths to create positive and sustainable change. I strive to develop an authentic relationship by creating a safe space for individuals to be heard, understood, and validated. I use a variety of client-centered therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. I am passionate about supporting new mothers as well as parents as they navigate all the stages of child and adolescent development. I enjoy supporting high school and college students adjust and navigate the educational and social demands during these stages of life.

I have extensive experience assessing children, adolescents, and adults for ADHD, Learning Disabilities (including dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia), Giftedness, Intellectual Disability, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
