Licensed Clinical Psychologist

My Approach to Therapy:

My approach to therapy is curious, empathic, and engaged. As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I believe your experiences and relationships in early life play a key role in the person you are today: how you see yourself and the world, navigate relationships, and cope with challenges when they arise. I believe understanding and examining your past experiences can provide clarity about your present and empower you to change your future. Although my practice is anchored in psychodynamic principles, I integrate theories and techniques from a range of orientations, including relational, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and acceptance and commitment therapies. I am committed to meeting my clients where they are and working collaboratively to guide the therapeutic process. Through reflection, thoughtful inquiry, and a strong therapeutic relationship, I believe I can help you uncover your path to a fuller, more satisfying, and more meaningful life.
