My Approach To Therapy

_____

I approach therapy with a genuine, authentic, non-judgmental attitude, striving to create a safe space for clients. My goal is to utilize the therapeutic relationship to help clients feel supported and understood, while simultaneously empowering clients to realize their own strength and capacity for change. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, interpersonal and relationship concerns, self-esteem, trauma, and more.

In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which is ideal for clients who want to work through specific challenges, are motivated to make changes, and appreciate structure, but don't necessarily want to commit to long-term therapy.
