About the Service

Led by licensed and trained clinical psychologist, Dr. Luke Evans, this executive function group is a structured and supportive gathering of individuals, with the primary purpose of improving and enhancing executive function skills. Executive functions are cognitive processes that help individuals plan, organize, initiate tasks, manage time, set goals, and regulate their behavior and emotions. These groups bring together participants who may struggle with executive function challenges as well as those looking to enhance their organizational and decision-making skills.

In an executive function group, members engage in a variety of activities and discussions aimed at developing and strengthening their executive function abilities. This may include setting goals, learning strategies for time management and organization, practicing problem-solving, and improving self-regulation and impulse control. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, executive function groups offer a valuable space for participants to share experiences, exchange strategies, and work together to enhance their daily functioning and overall well-being.
