A Fresh Approach to Mental Health
Annual physicals are a way to take care of your body, and the staff at Understanding Minds believes we need the equivalent form of assessment, monitoring, and proactive approach for your mind. When you receive services with our practice, you will be assigned a Primary Mental Health Provider (PMHP) who takes on the role of assessing and monitoring your mental health over the lifespan. The PMHP will conduct your annual or biannual Mental Health Physical (MHP) and collaborates with you to develop a custom plan of care to set and achieve goals to meet your mental health needs.
